The MV Peninsula Princess

Step back in time aboard the Peninsula Princess, our original open-deck ferry that first sailed the bay in 1987. Now used primarily during scheduled maintenance of our larger vessels, the Princess offers a charming, nostalgic crossing with a front-row seat to the sea. While facilities are limited—including no lift access to the lower lounge and a smaller kiosk offering barista-style coffee and light snacks—it more than makes up for it with its intimate setting and up-close nature views from the outside decks.

With space for just 25 vehicles, while limited capacity, it’s a rare opportunity to travel the way it all began—simple, scenic, and uniquely memorable.
